  • A battery powered portable seven transistor AM radio covering the MW (185-585 metres),      LW (1150-2000 metres) and SW (19.4-51 metres) wavebands. Sliding switches for on/off and for high/low tone control. Lever switch for waveband selection. Telescopic aerial for SW and a socket for a counterpoise earth to improve SW reception. Socket for an earphone.

    Similar to the Philips L2X10T/15L and L2X10T/15R models which have an external power socket rather than an earth socket.
