  • The Philips radio model T2488 was sold with Power Supply T2489 and loudspeaker T2016 only. The model is like Philips 2499 from the Netherlands - with tubes A425 A409 B405, not E442, E415 and B443 which is a later tube line up, also used probably on the schematic. The tubes E442 and E415 are of 1928.

    The Philips radio model T 2488 was sold as complete set only: in bakelite box, with Power Supply T 2489 in wooden cabinet (so that it was for AC supply) and loudspeaker T 2016. (Later model based on Philips 2499,which could be delivered either without  box or later also with the bakelite box.
