  • This model can be used with Philips vibrator units 220 or 330 to convert it to 6 volt storage battery operation. For serial numbers up to 1500 the vibrator unit type 148 can also be used if the switch on the unit is set at the 6510/6515 position. The units 220 and 330 must be adjusted to switch position "B" for these radios. For serial numbers above 1500 the switch position should be set at "A". The type 148 unit must not be used on radios with serial numbers greater than 1500.
