Television receiver using the Nipkow disc and a glow discharge lamp as for the Model 1 plus a 6-valve receiver consisting of two HF, Detector, power valves and a rectifying valve receiving the BBC Midland Regional transmitter (Daventry) on the vision on 261 metres, and of the accompanying sound on 398 metres
I also incorporated a stroboscopic speed indicator which enabled non-technical users to obtain accurate synchronisation.
