Specified to use 5 to 8 tubes: UV199 with battery supply; UV201A with lighting circuit supply. Was intended for the 1923-1924 season, but never produced for the market. RCA decided to drop and to offer a new model line embracing the superhet as top of the line, an innovative midrange set, and a priceleader set. |
