This model has an unusual history as documented in Alan Douglas' book Radio Manufacturers of the 1920s, vol. 3, page 100. Sleeper introduced their Sleeper Monotrol model 54, a one-dial set, in 1924, and by 1926 the excess inventory of that poor selling radio was converted into these 5 tube TRF two-dial sets and sold as their Shenendoah model. Removing the name plate from this radio reveals the earlier Monotrol name on the panel underneath, and removing the large tuning dials reveals extra holes and engravings used with the original Monotrol 54.
