  • The 517A was a very high writing speed oscilloscope (1100cm per microsecond), intended to observe and photograph low duty cycle fast events. Risetime was better than 7ns. The oscilloscope included the display unit and a separate power supply. The 517A was sold complete with type 500A Scope-Mobile cart.
