The orange license label with the pharse "Plant A, Chicago" or "Plant C, Chicago" indicates that the radio was built by Clinton Mfg. Co. of Chicago.
The schematic with the 6132 model number may be found on radios with both a high profile cabinet and a low profile cabinet. The schematic is correct for both radios but the chassis shape and tube placement is different between the two cabinet styles.
