    Dial window, earphones jack, sold with suitable black vinyl carrying case, may have been made in Japan but later model, as noted below, was made in Hong Kong.

    This model most likely is an earlier version of model V-666-A made in Hong Kong.

    Externally similar to other Valiant models (8 Transistor, 10 Transistor, 12 Transistor, 15 Transistor) and to Sterling.
