Transistor VL3141 (?)

FM, from the dial, above 106 MHz.
Illuminated dial, at least when powered by AC power. Metal faceplate protecting the speaker.
On the top, two metal knobs for on/off - volume, and tuning; two metal buttons in the center for band selection; on the left, a metal CAF button for automatic FM tuning; on the right, a telescopic antenna, internal when not in use, fully rotatable, with 7 sections, 75.5 cm; a large screw, to the right of the tuning knob, whose function is undetectable, since internally it has only a washer and a fixing nut: perhaps a modification to disguise the elimination of a mains/battery switch?
On the rear panel, the rigid handle, the mains connection on the bottom left, and, below, a window to view the voltage in use. At the top, on both sides, two slotted screws with exit barriers.
Internally, a 12 cm bar ferrite; speaker with a magnet over 4.5 cm in diameter; on the bottom left, under the mains socket, a three-position voltage selector; protected variable capacitor; battery compartment with limited removable capacity, secured by solder joints.

Beside the two unknown transistors from the audio output stage, there are two transistors with designation M375 present.
