  • Notes
  • The Rider's Perpetual volume 13 shows this model under "Wholesale" instead of "Lafayette", as 13-7. The schematic is for the models C-34 and 3790. We believe that C-34 is the model and no. 3790 the chassis of the same. Garod (Rider's 10-15) has the same number for its chassis: 3790 for BC and LW and 379 for BC only - on the other hand the schematic is exactly the same ... Showing a switch for LW, BC and SW but not the coresponding coils for SW - on both schematics! The following can be read though: "Short wave (SW) 22.1 mc to 5.75 mc or 13.5 meters to 52 meters. BC 1650 kc to 540 kc or 181 meters to 550 meters. Long Wave (LW) 375 kc to 142 kc or 800 meters to 2125 meters. Rider's Garod 10-16 shows the chassis - including model Garod 4159.
This Model is same as C-29, but features a long wave band instead of one shortwave band (48-136.25m)and has a tapped transormer for various mains voltages.
