  • Rider's Perpetual volume 13 shows this models under "Wholesale" instead of "Lafayette". The Lafayette model CC-57 and CC-57T have a built-in loop antenna and can be used with an external antenna; push-pull AF output stage; tuning eye 6U5. The SAMS schematic is revised nov. 1939. We believe that the number 493 is the chassis designation and not a separate model - unless we have proofs of an other model. See details and summaries for the models of this Lafayette catalog no. 80, Spring-Summer 1940.
