The radio had a failed (non-original) power transformer.  I could not find an original transformer but I did find one that would work.  It was made by Allied Radio Corp.  The identifier for it reads:  PT.  #02-x34 where the "x" could be a 9 or an 8 or a 5.  

The Table of Voltages has at least one error.  Pin 5 on tube 6F6 should be about -16vdc.

This radio does not use Automatic Volume Control (AVC).
