  • Notes
  • In the literature you find 4 loudspeakers for the model "Spanish Deluxe" from Zenith but in reality it is one. Spanish Deluxe comes with two dials (primary tuning control knobs); tuned 100-550 meters. There is a sliding device for tone control (loudness) on the right of the dial and knobs. The models of Spanish DeLuxe come with a built in coil aerial. The Spanish Deluxe with power unit has below two additional chassis: ZE15 power pack and ZE16 filter pack. The speaker is a Peerless dynamic speaker. The sticker inside shows the following chassis/models: 39, 39A; 392, 392A. See also the early "Spanish Deluxe" which comes with the same cabinet but is for battery operation. The Spanish Deluxe is the most expensive receiver Zenith ever made and at that time a car did even cost less.
