Description

Coming from loudspeaker application it was widely used for transmitting.
Output power 1.5 Watts. With 425 V on the plate it drew 18 mA.
Tyne, page 317: "The UV210 became the UX210 eary in 1925, was announced by RCA in September 1925 and advertised in October 1925. It is interesting to note that the tube shown in ths ad is referred to as the UX210A, although the tube is plainly marked UX210. According to early records, no UX210A was ever produced."
The UX210 was made by several US tube manufacturers and in the early 1930's was superceded by the type 10
