External cavity reflex klystron. This is the HP internal code, referring to QKK1315 Raytheon klystron, selected to HP specs. When Raytheon discontinued the production of this klystron, Beam Tube Co. supplied similar devices matching the same HP specs.
Used in the HP 620B, achieves a range from 7 to 11 GHz.
