In my opinion the C380 transistor is the shortened id. for 2SC380, with ( the usual)  omission of "2S".

Yes. The picture of "C380" is look like  2SC380 's uploaded before in Rmorg transistor's page.

The recent C380 seems to be a doublet.

I'll suggest a changement from C380 to 2SC380 in Muxima 412N 's page.
