Type 34M tube - clarifications 

Hi all,

I wanted to provide some updates on the 34M tube page. As context, the "M" type tubes were made by Rogers in Canada as metal-sprayed glass tubes. The name does not often imply an equivalent. For example, a 34M tube is very different from a type 34 - 34M uses an octal base and the 34 is a 4-pin. A 34M is closer to 1D5GP/T for equivalency.
