Description

Page 671 of the Fall 1928 issue of the Sears Roebuck catalog announces a new catalog number series for radio tubes, 46XX replacing the 29XX series. The company sold the standard range of US tubes designed and made and these were made by a few small manufacturers. The "WLS" (Worlds Largest Store) brand was either hot branded on the base or a paper label on the glass.in the US. The Spring 1929 catalog also lists this tube.
