Described in "Dawn of Japanese Tube Production" written by Hisashi Ohtsuka from "On some Home-made Triode" by Dr. Hidetsugu Yagi, in Japanese, IEEJ Bulletin (Denki-Gakkai Zasshi), 1921. See also Tyne, page 277 for early tubes from Japan, but he starts with the ANNAKA-AAB-5 and P.V.-30 only. At least Mitsui Company was buying two pieces of everything de Forest sold.
