UHF transmitting triode, micropup style. External finned anode requiring forced-air cooling; thoriated tungsten filamentary cathode. 100W anode dissipation.
Intended for grounded anode pulse operation at frequencies up to 600MHz. 9KV peak anode voltage, 17.5A peak current.
Very similar to CV1253/NT93, with increased filament temperature to raise the cathode emission peak to 17.5A.
