Saturated diode intended as controlling element for stabiliser circuits. The feedback voltage is applied to the tungsten filament, anode current depending upon its value.

- Anode current controlled from 0.2 mA to 2.2 mA for filament voltage from 3 to 4V
- Corresponding filament current ranges from 0.7 to 0.8 A approx
