Hybrid circuit, 1.5A relay/lamp driver. Accepts DTL/TTL logic livels and drives a continuous load of 400mA at 28V, or 1.5A, 50ms pulse.
DH0006 and DH0006C have 10-pin metal-can package; DH0006CN has 12-pin DIL package. 'C' suffix indicates the commercial operating temperature range 0 to 70 degrees/C, no suffix for MIL temperature range.
