Hybrid circuit, high-voltage driver. Accepts DTL/TTL logic livels and drives up to 150mA (250mA for the H version) at 45V.
DH0011 and DH0011C have 10-pin metal-can package; DH0011CN has 12-pin DIL package. 'C' suffix indicates the commercial operating temperature range 0 to 70 degrees/C, no suffix for MIL temperature range.
