Digital hybrid circuit intended to operate as bus arbitration logic in the CPU boards of the National Semiconductor family of board level computer, BLC. The family included both 8080 and Z80 based CPU boards and other peripheral controllers using DMA transfers. Two or more boards could share the same bus under the control of this hibrid circuit.
