In der Literatur vor 1945 benannt als Mischdetektor für "Berlin-Anlagen", geprüft bei cm-Wellen, hergestellt bei Telefunken.
Anschluss: Schraubgewinde; Nachfolger der Typen ED700 / ED702, daher waren beim Austausch die Adapter Na25001 bzw. Ln29447 erforderlich.
