Very early Pixie indicator by Haydu Brothers. The prefix itself, H-B, looks to be the acronym of Haydu Brothers. Designed as low cost indicator with single etched anode plate and pins terminating in short cathode rods on its back side, one small rod behind each digit cut out in the plate.
