Die oben angegebene Schaltung aus electronica 142 hat mehrere Fehler:

  1. Anstelle Pin 1 ist Pin 2 angegeben
  2. Pin 9 ist nicht beschaltet (*)

(*) Die Bauelemente auf dem Chip sind durch Sperrschichten vom Substrat isoliert, Pin 9 muss zwingend an die höchste vorkommende Spannung gelegt werden, damit die Isolation funktioniert!

Die korrekte Schaltung würde so aussehen:
