Description |
The anode of this tube had "corrugated" metal design, exclusive to National Union. It is not known if these were a success but the tube was claimed to have longer life with less danger of premature tube failure because of line voltage fluctuation and also less chance of burnt out power transformers. It is not known how the commercial life of the design lasted.
