Das hier angelegte Bauteil aus dem WF ist ganz klar eine Diode für hochfrequente Anwendungen.

Die Verlinkten Geräte enthalten aber alle mit Sicherheit keine solche Diode!

Ich denke hier sollte die OA605 UHF Diode aus DDR Produktion mal um eine OA605 ergänzt werden die international gefertigt wurde.
