Description

Designed by Champion, this was the first power amplifier pentode developed and made in the USA. Experimental tubes were available in 1930 and the tube was demonstrated that year. Tubes were announced in January 1930 and available in June 1931. They are not related to the P704 triode or any tubes similar to it.
