Detektorröhre für Hochfrequenztastköpfe mit besonders kleiner Kapazität.
Die Röhre wurde entweder einglötet auf einem Presstoffrahmen der als Sockel dient geliefert oder ungesockelt mit Drahtenden.
Die SA1 kann als eine der ersten deutschen Subminiaturröhren angesehen werden.
