Spitzname Horned oder Kamerad, Ca. 1916/1917 Weiterentwicklung der TM hin zu höheren Frequenzen (als 600 kHz wegen 15 pF Gitter). Gitter und Anode mit Kappen mit grossem Abstand oben herausgeführt. Wahrscheinlich Phosphor-Getter.
