Chronotron tube. The tube contains two heaters and two electrically isolated thermistor elements. Connected in the circuit of a low frequency oscillator, it controls the period by thermal feedback.
TT-8 has 1Kohm heaters and 450 ohms secondaries resistances, 10 sec time constant.
