Maybe that this tube type is not correctly identified, else there are two different tubes with identical code.
The 1946 CV register gives the Admilalty Pattern W2979 as corresponding to the klystron CV35. Actually a CRT electron gun was used in the early reflex klystrons and CV35 had an octal base.
