Short Description

Short Wave and Television was the continuation of Short Wave Craft. It focused on receivers and transmitters in the short wave and vfh spectrum with a growing emphasis on television. Articles included construction, industry innovations, dx reports. and amateur radio topics. It is historically important not only for its general history and advertisements, but it included many articles on consumer equipment which included schematics to many hard to find sets. The name change took place with the January 1937 issue. The magazine later became Radio & Television in October of 1938.
