Below you find a part of the radio collection Dennis Taetsch - including other related items.

Detroit's WXYZ Radio studios originated and employed writers and actors for network radio shows like The Lone Ranger, Green Hornet & Sargent Preston of the Yukon in the 1940's. WXYZ news broadcasters, personalities, actors, comedians and DJ's included Danny Thomas, Mike Wallace, Douglas Edwards, Soupy Sales, Dick Osgood, Mickey Shore, Fred Wolfe, Lee Allen, Dick Purtan & Tom Dean (aka Dennis Taetsch) in the 1950's, 60's, 70's and 80's. WXYZ radio was silenced in 1984 when it was sold by ABC. Tom/Dennis today is the steward of WXYZradio.com. WXYZ veteran broadcasters are saving and restoring (and autographing museum quality postcards of) the radios they were heard on.
