The Radio Products Corporation is a result of the merger of the Schultz Machine Co., Inc. of Newark (established in 1927) and the Vacuum Tube Products Company of Hoboken, NJ in September 1929.

The company offered tools and materials for vacuum tube production as well as engineering consulting services for tube manufacturers.

A few tubes were developed and produced.

History:

In September 1932, the company was reorganized and re-established with Montgomery Carrot at its head. They announced plans to produce a small midget receiver developed by Dr. Earl L. Koch.
