Messrs Bamford and Larsen advertised for radio repairs as Royal Radio Engineering on 12 December 1933.[1] On 16 December they advertised the Royal Radio. They also offered fitting an existing radio chassis to a Goode’s cabinet (G. C. Goode was an Auckland cabinet maker). The company name used in this advert was Royal Radio Engineering Company. [2] The company ran into financial difficulties when they purchased a motor vehicle on hire purchase, and went bankrupt in March 1935.[3] This company has no known affiliation with Royal Radio Supplies of Wellington.
