Founded: 1916
History:

The company was founded in Amsterdam on 5 December 1916 as N.V. Nederlandse Telegraaf Maatschappij "Radio-Holland" to gain independece from the Belgian S.A.I.T., who operated the Dutch telegraphy stations at the time.[1]

In 1992 the company was sold to SAIT by owner Nedlloyd and became part of SAIT Radio Holland.[2]

Radio Holland was demerged in the first half of the 2000s and operated independently again until they were taken over by Royal Imtech in 2006. Under the umbrella of the Imtech Marine division, they were a full-service provider and system integrator.[3]

Royal Imtech filed for bankruptcy in 2015 and Imtech Marine was launched as an indepent company, their name changing to RH Marine Group in November 2015.[3]

In 2020, RH was acquired by Pon Holding and since works as an independent operational company under the holding.[3]
