AB Stern & Stern, Kungsträdgårdsgatan 19, Stockholm (1923) Brands: Concerton, Conserton. Stern & Stern in Stockholm was founded 1922 and from late 1930s on was owned by Philips Sweden. They used the brand Concerton from 1927, and spelling was changed to Conserton in 1957 due to pronunciation issues (see this forum article). A subsidiary in Belgium (Stern & Stern Radio Suédois) exists in 1933, with their own production probably commencing from 1939 onwards (unverified). |
