1932 wurde das Radiolaboratorium D.V.Behar in Panradio Apparate-Vertriebs-Ges.m.b.H. umbenannt. 1934 wird der Neubau in Wien X., Buchengasse 11-13 bezogen. 1935 wird die Firma an Eumig verkauft.
