western-el: Original document submittal

I have mimeograph documents for conversion of an ARC1/RT18 for amateur radio use. The pages are old and yellowed as is the schematic.  I scanned it with gray scale as that gave the best image by far.  Also, my scanner doesn't save in PNG so the file is a zipped file of JPG.

Should I submit as is?  Or please provide help is how to submit these old documents.

Please note that if there is a TWAIN driver for your scanner, you can use it together with IrfanView or any arbitrary graphics software, not just the software from the scanner manufacturer.
