Hallo Herr Kautenburger, das Gesuchte Modell ist eine russische Scheibentriode vom Typ GU5B ohne zugehörige Kühlrippen zur Luftkühlung. Heizspannung 12,6V bei einem Strom von 20-27A. Bei einer max. Anodenspannung von 3,8 kV wird eine Ausgangsleistung von 2,6kW erreicht. Grenzfrequenz ist 250Mhz. Anwendung in der Militärtechnik. |
