  • Notes
  • Amroh Model HV-215 is a 'Class A' amplifier. Class A means low efficiency(ca. 30%) at very low distortion (ca. 1%).

The first ECC40's left part gives the necessary voltage amplification. The second half delivers phase inversion to the second ECC40.

The 2 tubes EL34 work as balanced power amplifiers, as said in Class A.
The input sensitivity is ca. 650 mV.

    The HV-215 is part of Amroh's so-called '200-serie'.
