5‑valve AC superheterodyne broadcast receiver.
Closely related to the Model 5S, but distinguished by a different loudspeaker grille escutcheon and an alternative knob layout.This radio also incorporates the patented tone chamber behind the speaker.
Chassis is very similar to the Tasma M290 without the choke in the power supply.
