Besteht aus Taschenempfänger T31 und Plattenspieler P1.
Der Schuber aus Aluminium weicht in der Ausführung von der TP1-Version ab, da die Bedienungselemente (Lautstärkeregler und die Buchsen für Ohrhörer und Phono-Eingang) an einer anderen Position liegen. Der Tragegurt aus Leder ist daher ebenfalls in einer anderen Lage gefestigt, ferner sind die Haltewinkel (oben) länger ausgebildet - daher nicht kompatibel. Eine Innenbeschichtung zur Schonung der Geräteoberflächen ist bei der TP2-Ausführung nicht vorhanden.
