  • Collins 30FXB Transmitter: can be tuned in the range of 1,5 - 15 MHz included 160 - 20 m ham bands, CW (A1), AM (A3) 100 W.
    Tubes used are 47 as oscillator tube, two 46 buffer (can be switched as doubler operation), a 203A or 211 as R-F power amplifier;
    in the 7B speech amplifier, two 830B (alternatively 800 or 830) act as class B modulators;
    in the integrated power supply 405C, a 5Z3 is used as low voltage recifier (400V B+), two 866 mercury rectifiers as high voltage rectifiers for B+ of 1000V (telephony) or 1250V (CW) operation, and a 45 as diode acting as keying rectifier.
    The 30FXB replaced the 150 series transmitters and has been replaced by the 30FXC in 1936.
