  • Notes
  • Hiker's Two

This set, which will bring in the more powerful stations at speaker strength, is primarily intended for those who have made the Hiker's One and Double 49 Amplifier, and now seek new worlds to conquer, without having to finance an expensive expedition. The Hiker's Two, which combines the two circuits previously mentioned, provides a very neat little set on a metal chassis and calls for very little in the way of new parts.

It gives a taste of set building in the more advanced manner, with all the wiring underneath the chassis, while with plug-in coils, it can be made into an "All Wave" model. The circuit shows the Hiker's One and Amplifier as one unit and makes use of the metal of the chassis for most of the earth connections.
