  • The Fisher FM-1000 is an AC operated, 18 tube FM stereo tuner, with Muting, AFC, Signal Strength meter and VU meter. This model is similar to the FMR-1, with the FMR-1 being a rack mounted model targeted for commercial use and the FM-1000 being a bookshelf type unit (mounted in an optional wooden cabinet) targeted for home use.
